We have approx. 50 plans selected that give you an idea of what type of homes we have built in the past. Please take a look at the plans we currently have on our site but please don’t worry as Approx. 50 percent of customers choose a new plan we have never built before. So if you do have a house plan in mind or need one drawn from scratch, please let us know as we specialize in Designing a home the way you want to live in it, from small to big changes from a starting plan.
If you do see a plan with a Yellow Star next to it, this means that we have recently built this plan and can have a quicker start time and a more precise starting budget if no structural changes are made.

Each home is built using the National Green Building Standard Silver Level as a starting point. Your home will be a Certified Green Home. Green homes are designed and constructed to be healthier, more comfortable, have lower operating costs, be more durable, require less maintenance, and be part of a sustainable lifestyle.
Or worse yet not even know about items until they are installed and then it is too late or too costly to replace them. These features are truly upgrades for other builders. Don’t let low pricing fool you.
Make sure you understand what is and is not included so you can be pricing Apples Vs. Apples. This in itself is a truly hard thing to accomplish unless you are in the industry or very familiar with Building and building practices.
All homes have Spartan Standard features included. Over the years our clientele has mostly wanted Mid-grade features. So, we include them to start with instead of you having to piecemeal things together.
